When you engage XL Precast to deliver a project our first point of contact with you is our drafting team. Our design team consists of highly experienced precast concrete architects, draftsman and engineers. This is because of our extensive experience in delivering projects since our drafting operations commenced in 1997.
We are constantly striving to develop our drafting and design abilities and what benefits our clients and the project can gain from the efficiencies of our design process. XL Precast aims, through the provision of precise and comprehensive drawings of precast concrete to cater for the to the exact requirement of each clients manufacturing guidelines, ensuring that the highest level of construction integrity is maintained.
Recently the development of BIM (Building Information Management) has been our design divisions development priority. The benefits of early contract engagement and therefore design allow BIM programming to streamline the delivery of largescale Infrastructure projects. Our recent experience delivering large scale government projects has allowed us to further develop our BIM acumen to a professional level which is now applied all projects moving forward.
